From Tokyo Hamamatsucho

Delivery within Tokyo (about 10km one way), pick up from 10,000 JPY (excluding tax)

The Price varies depending on the distance from Hamamatsucho to the venue,
the amount of musical instruments, the time of day, etc.

It will be handed over at the place where you come to. Please bring it to the venue.

If you wish to carry in/out of the venue, set up the assembly, or remove it,
there will be an additional charge.

High-speed charge and parking charge if necessary will be charged. separately

If you make your own arrangements

Please ask a vendor who can handle musical instruments.
Please contact us so that we will discuss with the contractor in advance.

Pick Up and Return location

Business Hours：9:00 to 17:00　Closed on weekends and holidays　※Admission Required

Only those who are accustomed to handling
musical instruments will be allowed.

Everyone is responsible for loading and unloading luggage.

Please prepare a blanket to protect the instrument

For large instruments,
We ask that a person other than the driver also come to assist with loading and unloading.

If it is not possible, we will outsource the workers,
so we will add a labor cost of 3,000 yen (excluding tax) per time.

Normally, we will respond within business hours (10:00 to 17:00).

・Overtime charge-Witness other than 9:00 to 17:00 2,000 JPY per hour

　・1,000 JPY per witness on closed days
