○After receiving the rental item, please check the rental item,

If you are using an arrangedTruck service,
please notify us in advance to the mobile number or email.
If you do not contact us, we will judge that it has been implemented normally.
○Please keep the packing box and packing materials.
〇We will arrange as much as possible, but arrival may be delayed due to road conditions, weather, etc.
○For long-term use、 Please ask the customer for daily maintenance. Prepare maintenance items (cloth, consumables, etc.).
For defects due to insufficient care, repair costs will be borne.
In addition, if a problem occurs or it is deformed due to carelessness, etc., please repair it at your own expense.
○We will not explain the handling method during rental.Please use it after understanding beforehand
f you request materials for operating procedures or explain while traveling, we will add an additional cost.
○Please return all packing materials and accessories for rental.
○When transporting by arranged flight, please check all the loading items on the rental item list
If you forget to return it, please return it at your own expense.
○ If the returned item contains personal items, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item..
○ Please return the product in the same box, case, etc. as you received it.
Please do the same for items classified by set.
〇 If you wish to collect the package by courier, please confirm the date and time that you can pick it up in advance.

○Please be sure to return it on the scheduled return date (the date confirmed by email).
If the return is delayed due to the customer's reason, the same amount as the contract will be charged.

Postponing the rental period |
○ If you wish to extend the period during rental, you can continue using it if there is no reservation.
The rental fee will be the same as the contract.
○If you cancel after the rental contract,a cancellation fee will be charged depending on the situation.
・Use date, expected shipping date 6 to 2 days before ⇒ 10% of rental fee
・The day before use, the day before scheduled shipping ⇒ 50% of rental fee
・On the day of use, after loading instruments on a charter flight, after shipping by home delivery ⇒ 100% of rental fee and shipping fee％
A cancellation fee may be charged according to the shipping company's regulations for arranged charter.
If you wish to have musical instrument insurance and have a contract, you will also be required to pay the insurance premium.
〇 If the product is damaged or deformed due to customer's reason, we will charge the repair fee.
〇 If the product cannot be repaired, you will be required to pay the re-acquisition cost.

About witnessing when you visit us |
○If you come to our office, we may not be there, so please be sure to let us know in advance by email.
If you call us only by phone, information sharing may be delayed and you may not be present at your desired time.
〇We will try to attend at your desired time as much as possible, but we may ask you to change it for your convenience.
○ 1000 JPY (excluding tax) will be charged for picking up on holidays and witnessing when bringing in.
If you attend after 17:00, we will add 2000 yen (excluding tax) per hour. We do not accept early mornings or nights |
